We’ve undertaken a Risk Assessments as relates to Covid-19 and here is a summary of the changes that you can now expect when you visit our stores.

Our stylists are thrilled to be able to welcome you back into our stores. In an effort to ensure your safety and the safety of our team members, you will notice we’re taking some extra safety precautions. We ask that you join us in these efforts. Our team will keep you updated on these new measures throughout your extra special bridal journey with us.

Store Locations & Hours

To adhere to UK guidelines, we’ll be reducing our opening days and times. This will allow us to scatter appointments for the safety of our customers and stylists. Our stores will be operating with modified appointment times to give us additional time to clean and sanitize.

Limited Store Occupancy

We are limiting the number of scheduled appointments and customers in the stores. To ensure that we can accommodate you, we encourage you to make an appointment. For the time being, we ask that you limit your VIP guests to 2 at your appointment. We welcome you to invite additional guests virtually!

Masks

In the interest of your health and safety, we ask that you bring masks that must be worn whilst you’re in our store, and we’ll be wearing them, too.

Social Distancing

We are practicing social distancing. This means we will do everything in our power to serve you, while taking into account recommendations from the UK Government. You may see tape markings on the floor—those are our reminders! Due to the intimate nature of alterations, there will be moments during alterations appointments when the alterations specialist is in close proximity to you. Our team will continue to keep you informed and updated of all necessary safety precautions during your time with us. We will continue to ensure we make it an unforgettable experience for you!

A Safe Space

We are working extra hard to maintain a safe space for you to shop. This means we wipe down fitting rooms, handles, surfaces, and equipment after every appointment with appropriate cleaning supplies and steam gowns between customers. We also ensure our air conditioning is operational and we shall operate a card only payment system.

During your appointment, your stylist will wear gloves and a mask for your peace of mind. You’ll find hand sanitizing stations for you and our team to use throughout the store. Our toilets in the store are closed temporarily to customers, but there are public toilets are available for use.

We do adopt an exclusion policy if our customers have had or are showing any worrying symptoms. You will be advised to follow the government quarantine guidelines.
