Effective from 25th March and until further notice:

Postponing Appointments: After careful and cautious consideration, we have made some changes in support of the effort to curtail the growth of the virus and create a safer environment following the recommendation from the UK Government for social distancing. Our store will contact you once we re-open to reschedule in your appointment. If you have not yet booked an appointment, we welcome you to schedule a future appointment at

Store Closed for Pickups: Once we re-open we will be able to schedule in your collection appointment or ship your order to your home address.

Alterations: Our alterations teams will be closed over this time period, adhering to the social distancing and safety precautions outlined by the UK Government. Collections can be arranged directly via the store based upon the guidance and recommendations provided once we re-open.

We remain committed to you. Currently, we are planning to resume all the extraordinary services you love as soon as possible. In addition, our promises to you are unchanged:

• We offer the largest assortment of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and occasion dresses – and we’re here to serve you.

• We have over 300,000 dresses in stock and ready to ship.

• All of our factories, distribution centers, and fulfillment centers are open and running.
